By reserving a place in this session, you acknowledge and accept the conditions set out below for taking part in Mindxsole training activities.

β€’ You understand that Track sessions involve physical activity, and you take part at your own pace and discretion.

β€’ You confirm that you are fit to participate, and will inform the coach of any relevant medical considerations before the session begins.

β€’ You agree to follow the guidance of the Mindxsole coaching team while using the track or any surrounding facilities.

β€’ You accept responsibility for your personal belongings and any equipment you bring to the session.

β€’ You understand that Mindxsole is not liable for injuries arising from misuse of the premises, failure to follow instruction, or participation beyond your own limits.

β€’ You agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and the space in which the session is held.

β€’ You acknowledge that session times, locations, or structure may be adjusted if required for safety or operational reasons.
