PARTNER TAKEOVER
Sign up solo or bring your own training partner.
You’ll compete through 4 zones, working against the other teams to earn points.
Each zone combines a machine with a functional workout, with partners swapping every 2 minutes.
- 🏆 Ski Erg + Burpees
- 🏆 Row Erg + DB Thrusters
- 🏆 Assault Bike + Barbell Squats
- 🏆 Treadmill + Reverse Sandbag Lunges
The team with the highest score at each zone earns points towards the overall leaderboard.
WALL BALL RELAY
Once all 4 zones are complete, the competition comes together for one final challenge.
Each zone combines into a team of 8 athletes.
The challenge?
🔥 500 Wall Balls
Teams can rotate athletes whenever they like and create their own strategy.
The first team to complete all 500 wall balls wins.
